Starting October 1, 2010 there are several major changes that will impact every business that has to follow DOT rules and regulations:

  • MDMA (Ecstasy), MDA, MDEA will be added to the drug testing amphetamine panel.
  • Lowering cutoff levels for cocaine and amphetamines
  • Conducting mandatory initial testing for heroin
